Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The HR Manager will oversee the daily operations of the human resources department, manage recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and support organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive work environment that aligns with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the hiring process from job posting to interview scheduling, candidate selection, and onboarding.
- Oversee new employee orientation and training.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing issues related to work environment, conflict resolution, and grievances.
- Promote a positive company culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Mediate conflicts and assist in resolving workplace issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and manage performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers with employee development, training, and improvement plans.
- Ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements.
- Oversee health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Provide guidance to employees regarding benefits, compensation, and payroll inquiries.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs across departments and provide opportunities for career growth and skill development.
- Coordinate employee workshops, seminars, and continuous professional development programs.
- HR Reporting & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics, providing insights to improve HR functions and align with business goals.
- Generate reports on turnover, absenteeism, and other key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.

- 09 hrs -18 hrs Monday to Friday
- 09 hrs – 13 hrs Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
