Touq Property Services Company is expanding its team! We're looking for a passionate and experienced Male HR Officer to join us in Abu Dhabi and help drive our people strategy forward.

Job Description:

As an HR Officer at Touq Property Services, you’ll play a key role in supporting our HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintaining employee records and HR databases
• Assisting with performance management and training initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Supporting employee engagement and welfare programs
• Handling payroll coordination and benefits administration
• Acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
