Job Title: HR Manager

Role Overview

The HR Manager will be the sole HR representative of the organization and will handle end-to-end HR operations independently. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional looking for fast growth, high ownership, and real-world HR exposure in a manufacturing and engineering environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, manufacturing, quality, operations, and support roles
  • Coordinate interviews, offer letters, joining formalities, and induction
  • Maintain manpower and hiring trackers

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR files
  • Prepare and manage appointment letters, confirmations, increments, and relieving letters
  • Manage the employee lifecycle from joining to exit

Payroll & Coordination

  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the accountant / payroll consultant
  • Track attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and statutory inputs

Statutory Compliance

  • Handle compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, Shops & Establishment Act, Factory Act
  • Coordinate with external labour law consultants
  • Maintain statutory registers, returns, and compliance records

Performance & Employee Support

  • Support KPI tracking, appraisals, and sales incentive administration
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and basic grievance handling
  • Support management with HR MIS and reports

Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist HR role
  • Basic working knowledge of Indian labour laws
  • Willingness to handle complete HR function independently

Skills Required

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Hands-on with Excel, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

Important Note

This is a hands-on HR Manager role with individual responsibility and no team reporting initially. Candidates should be comfortable managing both strategic coordination and daily HR execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
