HR & Administration Manager – Cairo

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Reporting Line: Group / Regional HR (Outside Egypt)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Manager to manage the HR and administrative operations of our Cairo office , supporting a multinational group.

This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on HR experience in Egypt working with foreign or multinational companies , who can balance local labour law compliance with global HR standards and governance .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the Cairo office (IT, content, digital marketing teams).
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance .
• Implement and enforce group HR policies issued by foreign headquarters.
• Oversee recruitment, contracts, onboarding, probation, and offboarding.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Manage payroll coordination, benefits, and statutory deductions.
• Maintain HR documentation suitable for audit and compliance reviews .
• Oversee office administration, vendors, and local registrations.
• Act as the main HR point of contact with regional / foreign management .

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR & Admin experience in Egypt.
• Mandatory experience with multinational companies .
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law.
• Fluent in Arabic and English .
• Organized, discreet, and governance-oriented.
