Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This is a unique hybrid role where you will manage internal HR functions while also leading a team of recruiters to deliver on client-facing staffing and outsourcing projects.

This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR and recruitment who is ready to step into a leadership role and learn the business side of HR outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities
1. Internal HR Management (End-to-End)

  • Onboarding & Exit: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from document verification and induction to full and final settlements.
  • Policy & Compliance: Implement and update office policies; ensure statutory compliance.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize monthly activities to maintain a high-energy culture in our 20+ member team.
  • Attendance & Payroll: Track daily attendance and coordinate with the accounts team for monthly payroll processing.

2. Team Leadership & Recruitment

  • Lead the Recruitment Team: Supervise a small team of recruiters, set daily sourcing targets, and monitor KPIs.
  • Strategy: Guide the team on specialized sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Job Portals, Headhunting) for diverse client requirements.
  • Quality Control: Review the quality of resumes before they are sent to clients.

3. Outsource Project Management: Requirements & Skills

  • Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding outsourced staffing needs.
  • Operations: Manage deployment and documentation of outsourced staff for various projects.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment progress and project delivery status.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2–3 years of core experience in HR and Recruitment (Consultancy experience is a plus).
  • Education: Graduate.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate a team and drive them to meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for client interactions.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and various Job Portals.
  • Mindset: A learner attitude—someone who isn’t afraid to take on new challenges and grow with the organization.
