About the Role
We are a growing software house looking for a motivated and organized HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the software/IT industry and a strong understanding of HR practices in a tech-driven environment.

Experience Required

• Up to 2 years of HR experience
• Prior experience in a software house or IT company is required
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for software and IT roles
• Handle onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Manage employee relations and performance management processes
• Coordinate training, appraisals, and employee engagement activities
• Support management in HR planning and workforce development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of HR practices in the software/IT industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Familiarity with HR tools and basic labor laws is a plus

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
