Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, people-first HR Manager who will lead our human capital function and play a critical role in shaping a high-performance, values-driven culture. Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on workforce planning, performance, and culture
- Drive organizational development initiatives and change management
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels, ensuring quality hires and cultural fit
- Build a strong employer brand and enhance candidate experience
- Design onboarding frameworks that accelerate employee success
Performance & Employee Engagement
- Design and manage performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal cycles
- Foster a culture of feedback, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and disciplinary procedures
Learning, Development & Culture
- Identify training needs and implement learning and leadership development programs
- Champion company values and create an inclusive, collaborative work environment
- Address employee relations matters with professionalism and fairness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance frameworks
- Proven experience in performance management, recruitment, and policy development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
