We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager with strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR policies. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, ensure legal compliance, and support organizational growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE Labour Law
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company policies
- Handle visa processing, work permits, employment contracts, renewals, and cancellations
- Manage payroll coordination, leave management, gratuity calculations, and end-of-service benefits
- Address employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Conduct performance appraisals and support management in talent development
- Oversee attendance, leaves, and disciplinary processes
- Support audits and inspections by government authorities when required
- Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on HR experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Experience in visa processing, payroll coordination, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
