A&M International, one of the leading companies in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly competent Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team and contribute to the development of human capital and the enhancement of organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes to attract and select qualified candidates.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures effectively.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and related regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits systems.
  • Lead performance management, training, and employee development programs.
  • Prepare periodic reports and present them to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven experience within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are preferred).
