Position Overview

Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager whos ready to take the lead across all HR operations for a vibrant team of 150+ employees, including full-time, part-time, and seasonal agricultural staff.

Our teams include fast-paced sales leaders, thoughtful researchers, innovative engineers, creative marketers, and nearly every personality type that all require unique training, care and compliance regulations. Youll bring strong expertise in California labor laws, agricultural workforce management, and the unique rhythm of a yearround farm operation. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training
Oversee seasonal hiring cycles and workforce planning to meet production needs
Ensure compliance with California labor laws, OSHA, and agricultural employment regulations
Maintain accurate HR records, oversee payroll coordination, and manage benefits administration
Foster a positive workplace culture grounded in communication, safety, and teamwork
Coach managers and supervisors in leadership, employee management, and conflict resolution
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational growth
Handle investigations, disciplinary actions, and confidential employee matters
Drive employee retention and engagement initiatives across diverse teams

Qualifications
5+ years HR management experience, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing, or labor-intensive industries
Strong working knowledge of California labor laws and compliance
Experience managing a workforce of 100+ employees
Bilingual English/Spanish would be helpful but not necessary
Demonstrated strength in employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on farm or production environment
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
