Human Resources Manager

<Responsibilities>

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Oversee employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting employee evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Lead talent sourcing efforts utilizing HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM to attract top candidates through effective recruiting and sourcing channels.
  • Manage compliance with employment laws including FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), workers' compensation policies, and other labor regulations.
  • Administer benefits programs such as payroll processing through platforms like Paychex, ADP, Paylocity, or UltiPro while ensuring accurate benefits administration and employee understanding.
  • Supervise HR team members in training & development initiatives, performance management processes, and employee orientation programs to promote continuous growth.
  • Drive process improvements by analyzing data collection metrics, implementing change management strategies, and optimizing HR workflows for efficiency.

<Qualifications>

  • Proven experience supervising HR functions with a strong understanding of human capital management practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation procedures.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, conflict management, and employee relations to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Skilled in talent acquisition strategies including interviewing techniques and applicant tracking system (ATS) utilization such as Taleo or Lever.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms like Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or Ceridian for data analysis and process automation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas to senior leadership and facilitate training sessions across teams. Pay: $64,235.96 - $77,359.45 per year
