Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure accurate and timely administration.

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvement.

- Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement training programs.

- Manage the employee performance evaluation process and provide guidance to managers on performance management issues.

- Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.

- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations/practices; manage safety training and monitor safety practices

- Counsel staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures. - Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.

- Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Bilingual Chinese or Spanish preferred.

- Background in E-Commerce, logistics, and warehousing highly preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.

- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems - Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and trends.

- Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Experience conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
