A Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee management within an organization. They develop HR strategies, manage recruitment, support employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Plan and manage hiring processes
  • Post job openings and screen applicants
  • Conduct interviews and select qualified candidates
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Employee Relations
  • Address workplace conflicts and grievances
  • Promote a positive work environment
  • Support employee engagement and retention programs
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop salary structures and benefits packages
  • Manage payroll coordination
  • Ensure competitive compensation practices
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs
  • Organize professional development programs
  • Support leadership and career growth initiatives
  • Policy & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Update and implement company policies
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Performance Management
  • Develop performance appraisal systems
  • Support managers in evaluating employee performance
  • Implement improvement plans when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with HR software systems

Pay: AED85,000.00 - AED92,000.00 per year
