What You'll Do:
Peli BioThermal is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to support our largest U.S. facility and play a key role in driving business success through people. As a trusted advisor to leadership, you’ll lead the full employee lifecycle—from workforce planning and employee relations to performance, development, and compliance—while helping build a high-performing, engaged workforce. You’ll also bring a global mindset, contributing thought leadership to recruitment strategies across the broader organization.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into impactful people plans that drive performance and growth
  • Lead workforce planning efforts aligned to manufacturing demand, logistics, and business priorities
  • Use HR data and analytics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism, etc.) to guide decision-making and improve outcomes
  • Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations (EEO, ADA, OFCCP, etc.)
  • Support and execute recruiting efforts across exempt and non-exempt roles, including onboarding and workforce planning
  • Review and enhance job descriptions, compensation practices, and performance management programs
  • Drive HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes, policies, and service delivery
  • Foster a high-performance, engaged, and collaborative workplace culture
  • Partner with EHS to reinforce a strong safety-first environment
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency across regions
  • Leverage HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and workforce insights
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • Higher education in business administration and/or HR management with a minimum 7 years’ experience in HR role(s) in comparable organizations.
  • Maintains active involvement in the HR community through networking, continuing education/certification, and leadership roles in professional associations.
  • Ability to develop clear, actionable steps from overall strategy and complete projects meeting deadline/budget.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, project management skills.
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and other appropriate software.

Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, 10 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, company-paid life and disability plans, and matching 401k to eligible employees.
