Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resources Manager in Sterling, VA. Duties Include:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires

Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on HR-related matters, including workforce planning and organizational development

Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
-
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
-
Manage performance review processes and support employee development initiatives
-
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including benchmarking and market analysis
-
Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
-
Lead training and development programs to enhance employee engagement and retention
-
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
