Titan America is seeking an experienced and highly capable Human Resources Manager to lead HR support for our Corporate Center based in Norfolk, Virginia. This role serves as a critical partner to corporate leadership across key enterprise functions, including Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Legal, Internal Audit, and the HR Service Center.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources for Corporate Services and the Mid-Atlantic Business Unit, this position plays a central role in shaping talent outcomes, building organizational capability, and ensuring strong alignment between HR strategy and business priorities in a publicly traded environment. This role is based onsite in our Norfolk Corporate Center and requires regular in-office presence to effectively partner with leaders and support the business.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR business partner to Corporate Center leadership across Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Internal Audit, and HR Service Center functions

Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment in close partnership with Corporate Talent Acquisition, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes for critical corporate roles

Drive talent development strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management processes

Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness and implement solutions that strengthen capability, engagement, and performance

Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational challenges

Support workforce planning and organizational design aligned with enterprise strategy

Ensure adherence to Titan America’s HR policies, compliance standards, and SOX-related requirements

Leverage HR systems and data to inform decision-making and enhance talent outcomes

Collaborate closely with enterprise HR centers of excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management) to deliver consistent, high-impact HR programs
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

7+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong experience supporting corporate or professional functions

Demonstrated strength in recruitment and talent development, particularly in corporate environments

Proven ability to operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on HR leader

Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Experience in a publicly traded and/or SOX-compliant environment preferred
