Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in human capital management, employment law, and organizational development. As a key member of our leadership team, the Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Indeed to attract top candidates across various departments.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives to promote continuous development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws including FMLA, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
- Handle employee relations issues with a focus on conflict management and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training & development programs to enhance skills across the organization while supporting change management initiatives.
- Lead HR sourcing efforts through social media management and other channels to attract diverse talent pools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices.
- In-depth knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels and external partners.
- Experience in benefits administration, payroll processing and HR data analysis is preferred.
- Ability to develop strategic plans for workforce management and organization design that support long-term business objectives.
