. Our client is seeking an experienced
Human Resources Manager
to play a key role in strengthening HR operations, supporting leadership, and building the people infrastructure needed to support continued company growth. The
Human Resources Manager
will balance employee relations, day-to-day HR execution, and process improvement while working closely with leadership to foster a positive and engaged workplace.

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees
Provide guidance on employee relations, coaching, and performance concerns
Support investigations and resolve workplace issues with professionalism and sound judgment
Reinforce a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture
Improve HR processes, policies, and programs to support organizational growth
Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Maintain HR systems, reporting, and employee records
Support talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts
Partner with leadership on employee development initiatives
Assist with performance management processes
Help drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
Identify opportunities to strengthen HR infrastructure and scalability
Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data and trends
Support leadership in building a strong HR foundation aligned with future growth
Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and employees
Creates consistency and structure within HR processes
Delivers practical, solutions-oriented HR support to leadership
Improves employee experience and engagement
Takes a proactive, ownership-driven approach to HR initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong background in employee relations and operational HR
Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
Sound judgment with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Experience in a growing or evolving organization, preferred
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, preferred
HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR), preferred
Experience with HRIS (eg, ADP Workforce Now) and ATS platforms (eg, Greenhouse), preferred

Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary of $104K–$114K, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
