Job Title: Robotics HR & Finance Manager (Bilingual – Mandarin & English)Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Robotics HR & Finance Manager to oversee human resources and financial operations within our robotics division. This role requires fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities Human Resources Management

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for robotics engineers, technicians, and support staff
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management programs
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and retention strategies
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international HR standards
• Support multicultural team integration across global offices

Financial Management

• Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Monitor project costs, resource allocation, and financial performance
• Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and planning
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and financial partners
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Prefer experience in HR and/or financial management
• Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and financial principles
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
• Will to learn

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with international teams, especially in China-US business environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems and HRIS platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technical environment
