As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to support our workforce and partner closely with leadership.

Position Summary: The Human Resources Manager will work directly with the HR Director to oversee day-to-day HR operations and resolve a wide range of employee relations and organizational issues. This role requires a hands-on professional who is comfortable navigating complex HR matters in a healthcare environment while maintaining compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with the HR Director to manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management

· Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations

· Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals

· Oversee recruitment efforts, onboarding, and retention strategies for clinical and non-clinical staff

· Manage employee performance review processes and support leadership with corrective action plans

· Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation

· Support benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives

· Participate in policy development and organizational process improvements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

· Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

· Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices

· Proven experience handling employee relations and workplace investigations

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

· HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred
