Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead our people operations. The ideal candidate will manage the entire employee lifecycle—from strategic recruitment for technical roles to ensuring 100% compliance with UAE Labor Law. You will be the bridge between management and our site/office teams, ensuring our workforce is efficient, compliant, and motivated.

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, including engineers, site supervisors, and sales operations.

2. Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, local job portals, and headhunting.

3. Conduct thorough background checks and technical vetting coordination with department heads.

4. Ensure full compliance with MOHRE regulations and the WPS (Wage Protection System) for timely salary disbursement.

5. Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and code of conduct.

6. Design performance appraisal systems (KPIs) tailored for both office-based staff and site-based engineers.

7. Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and terminations in line with legal standards.

Requirements:

1. 5–8 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the Fit-out industry

2. Deep understanding of the UAE Labor Law and hands-on experience with the MOHRE/GDRFA portals.

3. Strong negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

4. Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
