Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. Duties
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with organizational objectives, including workforce planning and organization design.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday to attract top talent across various departments.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Manage employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to foster continuous growth.
- Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with OSHA regulations to promote employee well-being and safety.
- Facilitate employee relations by resolving conflicts effectively and managing disciplinary procedures in accordance with employment & labor law.
- Drive HR sourcing strategies using social media management tools and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM for data collection and reporting.
- Lead change management projects to support organizational transformation initiatives while ensuring compliance with affirmative action planning and succession planning processes.
- Ensure accurate data entry, contract management, and payroll processing through platforms such as ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management principles and employment & labor law compliance.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and HR sourcing techniques.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Expertise in performance management systems, training & development programs, and employee evaluation methods.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft for data collection and workforce management analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively and foster positive employee relations.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes such as payroll (Paychex, ADP), workers' compensation claims handling, OSHA standards, and contracts administration.
- Ability to implement organization design strategies and support change management efforts confidently.
- Experience using ATS tools like Taleo or iCIMS for recruitment sourcing; social media management for employer branding; and data entry accuracy for HR reporting purposes. Pay: $267,289.45 - $281,036.76 per year
