The Role
This is a hands-on generalist HR role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. You'll be the go-to HR professional for the UAE and broader Middle East team, managing the full employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted partner to line managers and leadership.
You won't be sitting in a siloed HR function you'll be visible, embedded in the business, and genuinely influential in how the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent in a competitive market.
What You'll Own
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Lead end-to-end recruitment for the Middle East region, from briefing through to offer

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and run structured, efficient hiring processes

Deliver a high-quality onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success from day one
HR Operations & Compliance

Manage all HR administration including contracts, offer letters, employee files, and HRIS data

Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and relevant regional employment legislation

Oversee visa and work permit processes in coordination with PRO / government relations
Employee Relations & Performance

Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing consistent and fair guidance

Support managers through performance management processes, PIPs, and disciplinary procedures

Promote a culture of feedback, accountability, and continuous development
Experience & Background

5+ years of generalist HR experience, ideally within technology, distribution, or a fast-growth business

Solid working knowledge of UAE Labour Law is essential; wider GCC exposure is a plus

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently

Familiarity with HRIS systems and strong MS Office / Google Workspace skills
Nice to Have

CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent

Experience supporting a regional / multi-country team

Background in cybersecurity, IT distribution, or a similar technical sales environment
