Job Summary
Join our dynamic Human Resources team as a Human Resources Manager, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our organization's HR functions and fostering a positive workplace environment. This energetic position offers the opportunity to engage in a variety of HR activities, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with employment laws. You will be instrumental in helping us attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining efficient HR processes that align with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting initiatives, managing ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools, and coordinating interviews through platforms like iCIMS or Workday.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated seamlessly into the organization.
- Support employee evaluation processes by gathering data, assisting with performance management systems such as UltiPro or SAP SuccessFactors, and preparing related documentation.
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data accuracy and perform data entry tasks related to benefits administration, payroll (Paychex, ADP, Paylocity), and workforce management systems like Kronos or Dayforce.
- Contribute to benefits administration by assisting employees with inquiries regarding health plans, workers' compensation claims, and leave policies such as FMLA.
- Support HR projects related to change management, organization design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning to promote continuous improvement.
- Handle administrative responsibilities including contract processing, data collection for HR metrics, social media management for employer branding, and maintaining confidential personnel records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles within human resources or related fields; prior experience with HR sourcing and recruitment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HR software platforms such as Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or Workday is preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively and foster positive employee relations.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to organize multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of performance management systems and training & development processes to support employee growth initiatives.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies like Lever or Taleo for applicant tracking and data collection tasks.
