We are seeking a highly experienced and disciplined HR Manager with a strong background in the automotive and car sales industry. The role requires full responsibility over HR operations, staff management, visa processing, recruitment, and direct reporting to the Company Director.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the automotive / car sales industry
- Previous experience in the automotive business preferred
- Age between 28 and 50 years
- Single / unmarried
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, MOHRE, immigration, and visa processes
- Able to process and manage all staff visas on time without delays
- Strong knowledge of UAE PRO procedures, including visa processing, labor, and immigration matters
- Based on the nature of our business, must be capable of sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding proper and reliable staff, ensuring correct screening and timely hiring
- Strong operations and management skills
- Excellent communication and people-management skills, capable of handling 200+ staff
- Ability to clearly explain company policies to employees and ensure smooth coordination between staff and management
- Capable of preparing accurate HR reports and updates for the Company Director
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Work Conditions & Compensation:
- Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 (based on experience and capability)
- Weekly off: Sunday only (no additional off days due to the sensitive nature of operations)
- Annual leave: 1 month per year
