Oversees and manages the SAA employee relations program, to include, conducting and/or overseeing investigations, managing employee grievances, FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation, and Reasonable Accommodation programs. Supervises a team of dedicated HR professionals. Develops and recommends SAA policies and procedures. Develops and conducts management training for SAA supervisors, directors, and SAA leadership in all employee relations topics. Provides guidance and information to SAA employees, managers, and support staff on SAA policies and procedures. Supports the Chief Human Resources Officer, and Deputy, in the advancement of new HR initiatives and manages projects as necessary.
