Location: United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly experienced Female Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and full compliance with UAE Labor Law.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and Ministry of Human Resources regulations.

Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.

Manage HR operations including contracts, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records.

Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.

Lead and mentor the HR team and coordinate with senior management.

Prepare HR reports, analytics, and recommendations for top management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 10 years of HR experience within the UAE.

Proven experience in a senior or managerial HR role.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion.

Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Experience in multi-business groups is preferred.
