Role Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function at both operational and strategic levels to support the achievement of business objectives. The HR Manager will be part of the local management team and will ensure the effective management of key HR processes, delivering accurate reporting and insights to the Country Manager and Group HR.
Working closely with the HR team, the role leads day-to-day HR operations and provides ongoing support to business activities in Saudi Arabia. The position plays a key part in recruitment, employee development, training, and retention, while driving alignment with overall business goals.
SAR 25,000-30,000 + bonus
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Leadership

Contribute to HR strategy, planning, and budgeting.

Advise management on HR policies, structure, and workforce matters.

Lead, coach, and develop the HR team with clear growth plans.

Foster effective internal communication, engagement, and CSR participation.
Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring compliance with Saudization requirements.

Oversee senior hiring, job market analysis, and salary benchmarking.

Maintain accurate workforce planning and recruitment systems.
Compensation & Benefits

Oversee monthly HR costs, budgets, and forecasts.

Lead salary and bonus reviews; ensure equitable pay and benefits.

Coordinate with Finance and departments on manpower planning.
Learning & Development / Succession

Implement L&D programs to strengthen skills and performance.

Identify and support high-potential employees for future roles.

Ensure completion and tracking of all mandatory training.
Policies & Compliance

Maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure full compliance with labor laws.

Achieve 100% compliance in HR audits and engagement reviews.
Payroll & Administration

Ensure accurate, timely payroll and workforce reporting.

Manage onboarding, offboarding, visas, and employee documentation.
Performance Management

Lead the performance review process; guide managers on goal setting and feedback.

Analyze results and recommend performance improvement initiatives.
Employee Relations

Ensure fair and transparent disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Promote a positive work culture and provide employee support.
Other Duties

Conduct exit interviews and turnover analysis.

Lead HR meetings, engagement surveys, and follow-up actions.

Stay current on Saudi labor regulations and implement required updates.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

5–10 years’ HR experience, including 3+ years in management.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.

Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Fluent in English and Arabic.
