The Healthcare HR Specialist will support recruitment, onboarding, licensing coordination, HR administration, and employee relations for clinical and non-clinical staff. The ideal candidate understands MOHAP/DOH/DHA licensing, UAE Labour Law, and the unique staffing needs of the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and selection for clinical and administrative positions, including screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Coordinate onboarding and visa processing in collaboration with the PRO/HR operations team.
  • Assist with DHA/DOH/MOHAP licensing applications, renewals, and credential verification.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law, healthcare authority regulations, and company HR policies.
  • Support employee relations, grievance handling, and performance improvement processes.
  • Maintain and update HRIS, employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
  • Coordinate training, mandatory CME requirements, and competency tracking.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance review, and leave management.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture-building.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and healthcare authority procedures (DHA/DOH/MOHAP).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience supporting nursing and medical staff recruitment.
