About the Role:


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Abu Dhbai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring smooth processes, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. If you are passionate about people, have strong organisational skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for various HR functions, including performance management and employee engagement initiatives.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably 5-8 years.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.


Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
