Job Title: Human Resources Officer Job Summary

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and providing administrative and operational support across recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and performance management. The role contributes to maintaining a positive work environment and improving HR efficiency.

Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Staffing
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
  • Maintain a database of applicants and vacancies.
2. Employee Relations
  • Address basic employee inquiries related to HR policies, leaves, and procedures.
  • Support in resolving minor workplace issues and escalating major concerns.
  • Assist in onboarding programs and orientation for new hires.
3. HR Administration
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documents are updated and filed properly.
  • Process employee leaves, attendance, deductions, and update the HR system.
  • Prepare HR letters (salary certificate, experience letter, etc.).
4. Payroll Support
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate monthly data (attendance, overtime, leaves).
  • Verify timesheets and submit reports on time.
5. Performance & Training
  • Assist in monitoring employee performance evaluation cycles.
  • Coordinate training sessions, attendance sheets, and post-training evaluation.
  • Track employee development and training requirements.
6. Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law and internal company policies.
  • Support audits and prepare required HR documentation.
  • Assist with visa processing, renewals, and government-related HR tasks (if applicable).

  • Knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in Kuwait).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
