Location: Head Office, LDA Avenue 1, Raiwind Road, Lahore

Role Overview:
As a Human Resource Officer at Brother Enterprises, you will play a key role in aligning human resources initiatives with the company's strategic objectives. Your focus will be on partnering with business leaders to drive organizational success through effective people strategies and practices.

Software: Must have experience with TimeTrax software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on performance management, coaching, and career development.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to provide insights that inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Partner with stakeholders to execute change management strategies effectively.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, adapting them to the organization's needs.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience of TimeTrax software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3 years of proven experience as a Human Resource.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
