Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct new employee orientation and ensure joining formalities are completed.
- Maintain updated job descriptions for all positions.
2. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and overtime records.
- Handle visa processing, renewals, medicals, and related government portal updates (MOHRE/EIDA).
- Prepare HR reports for management when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
3. Payroll & Benefits Support
- Compile monthly attendance, deductions, and overtime inputs.
- Coordinate with accounts department for payroll processing.
- Manage employee benefits (health insurance, leave settlements, reimbursements).
4. Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and communication.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and follow-up actions.
- Promote a positive and productive work culture.
5. Offboarding
- Manage employee resignation/termination processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare final settlement details.
- Ensure clearance forms, visa cancellations, and handovers are completed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in HR operations (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa procedures, and HR documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
