Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end DOH licensing process for healthcare staff.
- Handle all PRO services and liaise with government authorities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Support management in HR policies, payroll, and employee relations.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience in DOH licensing and PRO services in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in healthcare or home health care setting is preferred.
