Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end DOH licensing process for healthcare staff.
  • Handle all PRO services and liaise with government authorities.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Support management in HR policies, payroll, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in DOH licensing and PRO services in UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or home health care setting is preferred.

Pay: From AED5,500.00 per month
