Overview:
As an HR Officer you will be responsible to lead regulatory compliances adherence, and employee relations. The ideal candidate ensures seamless compliance with central and state labour laws and drive HR operations aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Indian Labour laws.
  • Manage payroll administration and compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee onboarding and exit processes.
  • Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Design & implement HR policies and employee handbook.
  • Drive performance management and career progression programs.

What are we looking for?

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in HR.
  • Excellent understanding of Labour law frameworks
  • Expertise in HRIS systems (HROne preferred).
  • Advanced skills in Leadership, Communication, Strategic Thinking & Conflict Handling
  • Candidate should be based in Nagpur or willing to relocate permanently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
