Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction
, including coordination of welcome packs, documentation, and delivery of organizational and departmental orientation sessions.

Oversee probation and employee records management
, liaising with department managers for performance assessments and ensuring accurate, compliant HR documentation and data security.

Manage end-to-end medical insurance administration
, including enrollments, renewals, deductions coordination, employee/insurer liaison, and accurate records in compliance with UAE regulations.

Employment Contracts (New, Renewals, Promotions & Amendments)
, including preparation, renewals, promotions, amendments, approvals, record updates, and coordination with payroll/finance in compliance with UAE labor laws.

Employee Relations and Compliance:
including ER case handling, documentation, grievance and disciplinary processes, policy enforcement, and strict confidentiality in line with UAE labor law and company standards.

HR policies and process reviews:
including HR reporting and metrics, policy updates aligned with UAE labor law, HR Committee coordination, audit support, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Demonstrated knowledge of general HR tasks and HR operations:
Disciplinary Actions, Offboarding, Accreditations and Certifications Task – JCI, ISO, NCEMA Etc.

Other Duties:
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources roles

In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both in English and Arabic (written and verbal)

Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all HR matters.

Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
-
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Excel, and database management.
-
Accredited Human Resources certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) is an advantage.
