We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer with a strong healthcare background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations within home care, clinics, hospitals, or EMS settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
  • Support full onboarding cycle: document collection, medical and license verification, background checks, and induction arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, HR records, and employee databases.
  • Assist in preparing payroll inputs and liaise with the finance department to ensure WPS compliance.
  • Handle employee relations activities including attendance tracking, leave management, and addressing routine HR queries.
  • Coordinate with healthcare authorities (DHA / DCAS) for staff licensing, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support HR initiatives such as performance management, staff training programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure professional communication and timely response to employee concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the home care sector, including exposure to on-call coordination.
  • 2–3 years of HR experience in the healthcare industry (home care, clinics, hospitals, or EMS).
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and healthcare authority procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
