We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer with a strong healthcare background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations within home care, clinics, hospitals, or EMS settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Support full onboarding cycle: document collection, medical and license verification, background checks, and induction arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, HR records, and employee databases.
- Assist in preparing payroll inputs and liaise with the finance department to ensure WPS compliance.
- Handle employee relations activities including attendance tracking, leave management, and addressing routine HR queries.
- Coordinate with healthcare authorities (DHA / DCAS) for staff licensing, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
- Support HR initiatives such as performance management, staff training programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure professional communication and timely response to employee concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the home care sector, including exposure to on-call coordination.
- 2–3 years of HR experience in the healthcare industry (home care, clinics, hospitals, or EMS).
- Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and healthcare authority procedures.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
