Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruitment Officer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The Officer will develop job descriptions, implement HR policies, and support employee relations efforts to ensure a positive workplace environment. Collaboration with department managers and maintaining compliance with regional HR standards will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Facilitate recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, onboarding of new hires and offboarding processes.

2- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies regarding employment practices.

3- Handle visa applications and renewals.

4- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.

5- Manage employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

6- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

7- Support payroll and leave management when required.

Requirement :

1- 2 Years relevant experience as HR or Recruitment officer (preferably in the UAE).

2- Must have a knowledge of UAE labor law.

3- Must be available in UAE for joining.

4- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HR software, email writing, and system updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
