Job Description:



Role Purpose:


Handling hiring, terminations, benefits, compliance, training, team building, and employee relations.


Major Key Responsibilities:


  • Managing cases and resolve problems.
  • Handling onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Supporting payroll with attendance, leave, and overtime validation.
  • Maintaining accurate HR data and generate reports.
  • Supporting audits and HR policies and procedures.
  • Driving process improvements and HR operational efficiency.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources from
