HR Officer
to be based on a construction project site. The role will support day-to-day HR operations, and compliance with company policies and local labor laws, ensuring smooth HR functioning at site level.
Key Responsibilities

Handle
site-based HR operations
including attendance, timesheets, and leave management

Coordinate
mobilization and demobilization
of site staff and workers

Manage
employee records
, contracts, visas, and labor documentation

Support
recruitment and onboarding
for site manpower as required

Ensure compliance with
UAE labor laws
, company policies, and site regulations

Coordinate with PRO for visas, medicals, Emirates ID, and labor permits

Handle
employee grievances
, disciplinary matters, and site HR issues

Support payroll inputs related to site staff (attendance, overtime, deductions)
Requirements

Minimum
5 years
of HR experience, preferably in
construction or site projects

Strong knowledge of
UAE Labor Law
and HR best practices

Experience handling
blue-collar and white-collar workforce

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a
site environment
