Position: Onboarding Specialist

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Type: Part-time

As the Onboarding Specialist at our facility, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-HR and onboarding tasks. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and regulations. They should also possess effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding, to attract and retain qualified professionals in the mental healthcare field.

2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records.

3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals and mission.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)

- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred

- Proven experience in HR Onboarding, particularly in a healthcare or mental health setting

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
