ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations and payroll functions across the group (multi-entity environment). The role is responsible for ensuring compliant and efficient HR operations, accurate payroll execution, and effective management of government platforms in line with KSA labor laws and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee HR operations and payroll activities across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and compliant service delivery throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
  • Ensure payroll workflows, procedures, and internal controls are effectively implemented and aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain HR operational practices in accordance with KSA labor laws, regulations, and relevant government platforms.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and standardization across entities.
  • Lead and manage the HR operations team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

Education / Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred.

Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably within a group or multi-entity environment.
  • Strong experience in payroll management.
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with relevant KSA government portals.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing multiple HR operational functions.
