Position Description

The HR Operations Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of HR services within the organization. They play a critical role in managing HR processes, systems, and policies to support the needs of employees and the business.


Key Accountabilities


  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline HR operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of HR Operations.
  • Develop and implement standardized tools, templates, and guidelines to support consistent and high- quality HR service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, keeping abreast of changes and updates as necessary.
  • Lead and mentor the HR operations team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities.


Key Activities:


  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including employee records management, payroll processing, and HRIS maintenance.
  • Manage employee data and information, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations
  • Continuously review and assess HR processes, systems, and practices to identify opportunities for Improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of associate relations activities, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and resolutions.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Work Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience.
