Responsibilities:

• Handle all personnel activities including hiring documentation, contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.

• Prepare and manage employee files in compliance with labor law and internal policies.

• Manage social insurance procedures, medical insurance, and government-related transactions.

• Follow up on attendance, leaves, vacations, and disciplinary actions.

• Prepare HR letters, warnings, confirmations, and official correspondence.

• Support payroll inputs by providing accurate personnel data and updates.

• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and company regulations.

• Respond to employee inquiries related to personnel matters.

• Coordinate with other HR functions such as Recruitment, Payroll, and Learning & Development.

• Maintain and update HR systems and databases with accurate employee information.

• Participate in audits and provide required HR documentation when needed.


Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in Personnel / HR Operations.

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
