We are looking for a Human Resources Operations professional to join our team.


As an HR Operations Specialist, your core responsibility is to ensure the smooth execution of HR policies, processes, and systems. You will collaborate closely with SHEIN HQ to deliver efficient and high-quality HR services. With the company's further development, you will have the potential to grow into a leader and support regions outside Türkiye.


Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, promotions, and offboarding, while ensuring accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
  • Attendance & Leave Management: Manage attendance and leave processes, maintain the UKG system, and provide accurate attendance data to support payroll operations.
  • Compensation & Benefits Support: Support daily compensation and benefits operations, ensuring smooth execution and employee satisfaction.
  • Policy & Process Optimization: Continuously improve HR processes, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support audit and compliance requirements.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field;
  • 3 years of HR system experience. Familiar with HR operations, best practices, and labor laws.
  • Strong attention to data accuracy, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Fluent English is required; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
