ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the Go-To Guide
  • Be the friendly first stop for employee questions—whether it’s via inbox, phone, or a quick chat.
  • Solve day-to-day issues with speed and empathy, and know when to tag in other HR teammates for backup.
  • Guard confidential information like a pro.
Keep Programs Running Smoothly
  • Jump in on all kinds of HR programs—benefits, compensation, service recognition, compliance, policy updates, and more.
  • Partner across HR—supporting Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards and other teams when extra hands are needed.
  • Help launch and support HR initiatives that make a difference in how employees work and feel.
  • Collaborate with HR team to make our workflows smarter, faster, and smoother.
Stay Compliant (and Ahead of the Game)
  • Manage I-9s and employment verifications to ensure legal compliance.
  • Keep our records sharp and audit-ready.
  • Respond to employment verification requests
Work Your Systems Magic
  • Keep our HRIS (Workday) humming—support functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure integrations run clean.
  • Own the details—ensure accuracy of employee data, timely reports, and insights that help leaders make smart decisions.
  • Turn numbers into stories by creating reports, charts, and dashboards that highlight what matters.
Keep Our Digital Spaces Fresh
  • Maintain HR’s intranet and SharePoint sites so resources are easy to find and fun to use.
  • Keep content accurate, engaging, and up to date
Jump In on Special Projects
  • Contribute to HR projects tied to big-picture business goals.
  • Bring your creativity and problem-solving skills to initiatives that shape our future.
REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
What You’ll Bring
  • A detail-loving, organized mindset with excellent organizational skills and a knack for balancing multiple priorities.
  • Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, with proficiency in Excel and demonstrated ability in database management and record keeping.
  • Comfort navigating HR systems and curiosity to learn more (Workday experience is a plus!).
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude—you don’t just spot problems, you fix them.
  • Critical thinking skills to adapt in an environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaboration across the business.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize competing demands.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability and a drive for collective success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education High school diploma or equivalent, BS/BA in HR or Business strongly preferred
Experience and/or Training Two years related experience preferred
Licenses/Certificates Driver’s license
Technology/Equipment Microsoft Office Suite of products
Compensation Range:
$48,000.00 - $72,000.00
