Responsibilities :

General Administration:

  • Managing Office stationery
  • Maintenance
  • Maintaining the records related admin
  • Responsible for issuing sim card, bill payments, replacement of cards
  • Responsible for ID cards, Visiting Cards for new joiners
  • Assist and support all branches sales coordinators for admin / Engagement activities
  • Actively participating and organising Employee Engagement activities
  • Updating HRMS database for Employees Insurance / profile information

Vendor & Insurance Management:

  • Proven experience in Vendor management, Contract Renewals
  • Expertise with hotel chain, airlines, different portals, stationery vendor, AMC vendor etc.
  • Responsible for Rent agreements and renewals
  • GPA/GMC, WC Employee Insurance claims support

HR Operations and Payroll:

  • Assisting in Offer issuance, Employee induction and onboarding etc
  • Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies
  • Monthly payroll & statutory compliances
  • Labour law compliances related to factory & SNE


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or related field
  • Experience: 5+ years in similar field with multi state offices


Required Skills :

  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Able to Multitask and support as and when necessary in HR team


CTC Offered : Upto 6 Lacs , Negotiable for the right candidate fitment

Location : Goregaon ( E) , 5 days/ week
