Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
  • Maintaining recruitment records and joining formalities.
  • Employee Records & Documentation
  • Maintaining employee files, attendance, leave, and personal records.
  • Handling appointment letters, confirmations, increments, and exit formalities.
  • Payroll & Attendance Coordination
  • Coordinating attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
  • Ensuring statutory deductions are correctly applied.
  • Statutory Compliance
  • Handling PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and labor law compliance.
  • Liaison with statutory authorities when required.
  • Employee Relations
  • Addressing employee grievances and maintaining a healthy work environment.
  • Supporting disciplinary actions as per company policy.
  • Training & Development
  • Identifying training needs and coordinating skill development programs.
  • Maintaining training records.
  • Policy Implementation
  • Implementing HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
  • Ensuring compliance with company rules and regulations.
  • Exit Management
  • Handling resignations, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
