Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Maintaining recruitment records and joining formalities.
- Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintaining employee files, attendance, leave, and personal records.
- Handling appointment letters, confirmations, increments, and exit formalities.
- Payroll & Attendance Coordination
- Coordinating attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Ensuring statutory deductions are correctly applied.
- Statutory Compliance
- Handling PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and labor law compliance.
- Liaison with statutory authorities when required.
- Employee Relations
- Addressing employee grievances and maintaining a healthy work environment.
- Supporting disciplinary actions as per company policy.
- Training & Development
- Identifying training needs and coordinating skill development programs.
- Maintaining training records.
- Policy Implementation
- Implementing HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
- Ensuring compliance with company rules and regulations.
- Exit Management
- Handling resignations, full & final settlement, and exit interviews.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
