Human Resources Project Manager
- Lead HR transformation initiatives as a PM/BA with a strong focus on Workday Compensation and Absence management .
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery including requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment in Workday.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to optimize compensation structures, absence policies, and related processes through technology-enabled solutions.
- Perform hands-on Workday configuration , particularly in Compensation , with Absence configuration experience highly preferred .
- Manage project governance, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption to ensure successful implementation and business impact.
- Utilize strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver scalable and efficient HR system solutions.
