RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, engage, and recruit top UI/UX Designers, Developers, and Design Leaders.
• Leverage job portals, social media, and networking platforms to attract candidates.
• Work closely with corporate clients and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
• Match suitable UI/UX professionals to job opportunities based on skillset and experience.
• Post and manage job listings on the portal with relevant details.
• Maintain and update a talent pipeline of UI/UX professionals.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings based on portfolios, resumes, and skill assessments.
• Assist in scheduling interviews, design challenges, and technical tests.
• Stay updated on UI/UX industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with UI/UX professionals and hiring partners.

REQUIRED

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to analyze portfolios, understand job descriptions, and assess UI UX Design & Development talent.

PREFERRED

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business, Design, or a related field.
• Prior experience in UI/UX hiring, staffing agencies, or tech recruitment is a plus.
